From Tamworth, travel south on the New England Highway past Timbumburi Public School and take the next left towards Loomberah. At the Loomberah Hall turn right and follow the dirt road until you see the first farmhouse on the right. Directly after the farm house you will enter a culvert. Turn into the gate on the right, immediately after the culvert. When the range is open a red flag at the gate will indicate that access is possible.
